Return Policy

Please read the description of each piece before you purchase. Each work is unique and is a one of a kind piece of art, this means that each piece will vary in size, shape, form color, etc. Please read the descriptions carefully before purchasing.

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of purchase. All return costs (postage, shipping costs, and packaging costs) are to be paid by you, the customer. If the product is returned damaged due to improper packing then the customer forfeits their right to a refund.

If a product is received damaged please contact me within 10 days of receiving the product to inform me, Kevinjayshannon.com, of the damage in order to receive a full refund. If the customer does not contact me within 10 days of receiving a damaged package they forfeit their right to a refund. I will do my best to ensure all refunds are made in a timely manner.
